– Wilson to Numbuh 1

Biography[]
Wilson counted the votes for the Fourth Grade Elections in Operation: E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S., and the Delightful Children From Down The Lane bribed him with a promised slice of their delicious birthday cake if he "fudged" the results (The Delightfuls were not even running) to make them the Fourth Grade Presidents, but as soon as they were elected, they framed Wilson for tying Muffy Jenkins' shoelaces together and sent him to Permanent Detention with zero chances of recess.
There, he told Numbuh 1, who was also arrested, that he was the actual winner of the election. At the end of the episode, however, it is revealed that this was a lie as well, only said so that Nigel would save Wilson and the rest of the school. The real winner turned out to be the extremely unlikely Eggbert Eggleston.
Wilson Woodrow also appeared in Operation: M.E.S.S.A.G.E., when Numbuh 2 accidentally left a mysterious note in President Eggleston's office and then ordered the Six-Gum Gang to chase him down to give him the message.
