The Watchman was an elderly man who used an old brass school bell to signal for children to go to bed. Any child found out after his signalling were dealt with by The Knighty Knights.
Biography[]
On the day of Sector V's heist on the Champion Chip Casino, the Watchman appeared in the neighborhood and announced the bedtime for all the children around the area. Numbuh 1 refused to comply because it was only 5 o'clock in the evening. The Watchman agreed that it was the wrong time to go to bed, as he should have gone an hour earlier. He proceeded to warn Numbuh 1 that if he stayed out he would meet the Knighty Knights, whom Numbuh 1 went on to meet only seconds later (Operation: K.N.I.G.H.T.S.).

- A watchman was an occupation up until the mid 1800s. It was an authorized man who walked around at night with duties such as: deterring anyone from committing crimes, watching out for fires, announcing the time of curfew and generally provide public safety.
