Utopia Island is a non-existent island created by the Happy Headband. It is where most of Operation: U.T.O.P.I.A. takes place. Chester put the Happy Headband on Numbuh 1, and it sent him to Utopia Island. Utopia Island was perfect for Numbuh 1; there was a lagoon filled with soda, a beach, lots of big TVs, and no adults.
