The Upper Crust was the rock band who played rock music at the party at the Delightful Mansion From Down The Lane during Operation: P.A.R.T.Y..
History[]
They present themselves to the Delightful Children From Down The Lane as a symphonical quartet as they first appeared to play violins which quieted the teens down until they unleashed their music and got the teens wild. The Delightful Children were quite pleased with their music until they switched to rock. They appear to have a British accent.
Near the end credits, they were invited to the treehouse where they played while Numbuh 4 was working out, which caused Numbuh 1 to tell them to keep it quiet so he can sleep.

- Interestingly, Fans who saw the episode thought the band was created for the show and was unaware the band was real.
- The songs played at the Delightful Children's party were their songs:
- "Tell Mother I'm Home" played when the band first shows up to perform
- "Cream of the Crust" played when Numbuhs Two and Five make their way through the party
- "Let Them Eat Rock" played during the credits
