Useful Neighborhood Devices Excellent Reconfiguration Produces Outrageously Unstoppable Noisy Destructiveness[1][2]
The U.N.D.E.R.P.O.U.N.D. is a massive and extremely powerful device resembling a mantis made from various objects found in the neighborhood where the members of Sector V live. Only seen in "Operation: M.A.U.R.I.C.E.", Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 5 used it against a group of Teen Ninjas, led by Cree. Before it is summoned, Numbuh 5 sarcastically asks the teens "You wanna do some street-fighting?", to which Numbuh 2 adds "Then try fighting the street!"
