The Treehouse of Coolnees is a treehouse that once stood in the middle of Grandfather's Tapioca Factory. In Operation Z.E.R.O., Monty and Ben discovered the legendary Book of KND in the middle of the Treehouse. It currently resides in America as both Monty and Mrs. Uno has taken it with them and planted in the middle of their house. In the present day, it's the treehouse of Sector V.
