The Delightful Children From Down the Lane discover a top secret file that the evil adults had gathered about Sector V.

- This was the first KND comic printed and worked as an introduction to the C:KND universe.
- With the final page advertising the first C:KND episode coming on December 6 (2002), it's possible this comic was meant for the previous issue of Cartoon Cartoons, released in November 2002, rather than the issue it was printed in, which was released in January 2003; a month after the first C:KND episode aired.
