Homebase to the Ice Cream Men, this factory is owned by Father and has a variety of at least 41 flavors that are fired at intruders if the right password is not transmitted.
Inside, the ice cream and chocolate fudge are stored in tanks in a large cold room. A giant heater is stored in another room, and the main office is found to the side of the cold room, where the main thermostat for the facility is located.
History[]
The Delightful Children From Down The Lane tricked Sector V into breaking into the factory, where the Delightful Children unleashed a gigantic Ice Cream Monster to battle the five kids. Luckily for Sector V, Kuki found the heater in the office (ss asked by the Delightful Children, "Who puts a heater in an ice cream factory?!?") and melted the monster. The factory was destroyed when all the ice cream inside melted and flooded the facility (Operation: I.-S.C.R.E.A.M.).
The factory was somehow rebuilt as it was mentioned as Nigie's workplace after the DCFDTL turned him into an adult and he became an ice cream man (Operation: G.R.O.W.-U.P.).
The members of Sector V were later kidnapped and placed i different locations throughout the factory, but Numbuh 2 went on to rescue them all (Ice Creamed).

- The password to enter the factory is FROSTY.
- The fact that the factory has 41 flavors might be a pun on the number 31 flavors on Baskin Robbins' 31, an Ice Cream Service, despite Baskin Robbins having more than 31 flavors.
