Spotty is a senior crew member of the S.S. Stinkypants, which was encountered by Tommy Gilligan when he was sucked down the drain of his bathtub in Operation: D.U.C.K.Y..

Presumably, he was a child that refused to take a bath, and was picked up by the S.S. Stinkypants.
He was forced to get clean at the end of Operation: D.U.C.K.Y..

Spotty has dark brown hair and wears a dirty yellow and black robe.
