The Soda, Snacks and Treats Commission was a government body created to uphold the new restrictions put on soda and candy. Mr. Fizz was made the head of this commission, which he promptly used to outlaw corn dogs in the United States.
History[]
After getting the Soda Control Act into law, effectively raising the minimum legal drinking age of soda to 13, Mr. Fizz was rewarded with a promotion to lead the government's Soda, Snacks and Treats Commission. Once heading this commission, he succeeded in lobbying the politicians to outlaw corn dogs in the country. The Kids Next Door did not agree with this new law and started farming corn dogs in other countries to smuggle back into the US. Mr. Fizz caught whiff of one of these missions and brought his team along to seize the shipments. However, Sector V had put Numbuh 13 in charge of the smuggling as a diversion, which worked and got him arrested by Mr. Fizz for possession of a corn dog, while Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 5 got past the block without issues (Operation: S.M.U.G.G.L.E.).
