The Operative in Suit, the leader of Sector E, is essentially a stereotypical British version of Numbuh 1.

History[]

Only seen in Operation: E.N.G.L.A.N.D., he was waiting for Trevor at a British airport after receiving word from KND Global Command that he was carrying The Book of KND. Instead, he encountered Numbuh 1 and began a chase through the airport using J.E.T.A.B.O.O.T.S.. He was blindsided by a pair of British underwear when Numbuh 1 dumped out the contents of a suitcase.

He and his teammates ambushed Numbuh 1 at the Great Library and stole the book, but the Rowdy Hooligans From Across The Square attacked before they could retreat. However, the book turned out to be "Rainbow Monkey's Tea & Crumpets Picnic", which was due at the library that same day. With nothing to fight over; Sector E, Numbuh 1, Monty Uno and the Rowdy Hooligans went to The Sugary Belch as friends.

Trivia[]

  • His appearance is a parody of the character Dr. John Steed from The Avengers.
  • He was seen using J.E.T.A.B.O.O.T.S. and a small umbrella functioning as a weapon which he can also ride like a broom stick (this might be a reference to Harry Potter as Numbuh 1 and Harry are seen to have some of the same characteristics(e.g. Glasses,).
  • An early sketch of him had him sport a longer hair.[1]
  • In the storyboards, he is named "BB".
