Sammy is the First Grade President at Gallagher Elementary School. He is a foreign boy, and a friend of Jessica.
History[]
In Operation: R.A.B.B.I.T., Sammy greets Hoagie and Abigail when the two find the First Grade Hall in ruins. He tells them that Mr. Fluffleupagus was kidnapped, and it was prophesized that Hoagie and Abby would bring him back. After the operatives return with Fluffleupagus, along with Jessica, the latter apologizes to Sammy for helping Heinrich.
In Operation: C.A.K.E.D.-F.O.U.R., Sammy participated in Tube-a-Thon. He likely came in the first place tie like almost everybody else.
In Operation: E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S., Sammy and the presidents for Second and Third Grade were forced to join forces with the Fourth Grade by the Delightful Children. Sammy participates in the attack against Hendry Middle School.
Personality[]
Sammy speaks with a foreign accent. He has great care for their class pet, Mr. Fluffleupagus, but Sammy will show anger for the Delightful Children's oppressive ways.
