Rob Paulsen (Born March 11, 1956) is an American voice actor who is known for voicing Young Hathi in Disney’s Jungle Cubs, Raphael in the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TV series (and Donatello in the 2012 TV Series) and Yakko, Dr. Scratchansniff, and Pinky on Animaniacs and Pinky & The Brain.
