The Puttkin's basement is the homebase of the Great Puttinski, located under his mother's house.
History[]
After losing to Numbuh 2 in a miniature golf tournament, Rupert Puttkin kidnapped the kid and brought him to his mother's basement, which he had fashioned into a large mini-golf course by shrinking and stealing famous monuments from all over the world. He changed his title to "The Great Puttinski" and had Numbuh 2 miniaturized with his size-changing ray. The two then played a new mini-golf tournament, which Puttinski ultimately won by cheating and activated his size-changing ray, but it all backfired and Numbuh 2 managed to defeat him (Operation: M.I.N.I.-G.O.L.F.).
Rupert was playing minigolf in his basement while the great scavenger hunt was going. One of his golf clubs was on the list of items for the scavenger hunt and was quickly stolen from him by an unknown participant (Operation: I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S.).
