The Proper Rays are weapons used by The Proper Patrol to forcefully change children's clothing into something the Proper Patrol have deemed more appropriate. They are fired from the top part of their backpacks, and also enable them to fly.
History[]
The Proper Patrol used their rays against Sector V to change their clothes into more "proper" outfits, after Numbuh 1 temporarily left the treehouse. They successfully hit Numbuhs 2 through 5, changing their regular clothes into pink dresses for the girls and blue sailor outfits for the boys (Operation: C.A.N.N.O.N.).
Major Mrs. Manners and Sergeant Sensible again used their Proper Rays against the Kids Next Door during their assault at the Kids Next Door Seriously Cool Museum of Artifacts and Stuff (Operation: Z.E.R.O.).
