Principal Sauerbraten is the principal of Gallagher Elementary School. He is the secondary antagonist of Operation: R.E.C.E.S.S.. When Numbuh 4 landed on the basketball court and salad dressing came up, he was ordered by Principal Smelling to have children drill for a larger reserve so that the other school's principals can know what he was talking about. Once a rumor starts that the salad tastes like "boogies", Sauerbraten immediately starts indulging in the salad to prove it tastes good. Rushing his fork, he turns on a control button Numbuh 1 dropped after Lizzie yelled at him and the school was covered in salad dressing.
