The Pizatronic Defibrillinationer Power Switcher is a machine built by Numbuh 3's sister, Mushi Sanban. It is used to transfer someone's superpowers to his/her evil creations. Before Count Spankulot had a chance to administer a spanking to Mushi for forking Numbuh 3's Posh Party Rainbow Monkey in "Operation: C.L.U.E.S.", Mushi used this machine on him to transfer Spankulot's powers into the doll, which had been exhumed from its burial site, and turn it into the Spankenstine Monster.
