Phillip LaMarr is an American actor, voice actor and comedian. He voiced Numbuh Infinity in Operation: T.R.E.A.T.Y., which was his only appearance on Codename: Kids Next Door.
LaMarr is well known for voicing roles such as Hermes Conrad on Futurama, Samurai Jack on Samurai Jack, Green Lantern on Justice League, Wilt on Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Black Vulcan on Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, and more.
