Operation: Z.E.R.O.: OutNumbuh'd! is a Cartoon Network online game based on the KND movie, Operation: Z.E.R.O. It takes place in the scene where Numbuh 1 infiltrates the Moonbase, overrun by Senior Citizombies, in order to find a way to stop Grandfather from taking over the world.

Story[]

"Kids Next Door agents everywhere have been transformed into Senior Citizombies! Infiltrate the Moonbase and blast the elderly (zombified) operatives back into childhood (humans)!"

Gameplay[]

Use the directional keys to move. The Z key will fire a stun gun that will make Citizombies vulnerable for a short period of time. The X key will throw an age-atonic grenade that will revert elderly (zombie) operatives back to normal (humans), but they need a short cooldown after use. When you get grabbed by a zombie, mash the left and right directional keys to escape.

Levels[]

Most of the game's levels consist of multiple Senior Citizombies who will try to attack Numbuh 1, and he must turn them all back into humans in order to proceed. Every once in a while, the player will enter a "bonus" room full of an army of zombified hamsters, and they must be revived in order to power up the doors and proceed for the next level.

There are two bosses in the game: the first one is the Toiletnator, which will try to sneak attack on you with his toilet paper attacks. Using the grenades deal more damage than using the stun gun. He is found on the tenth level.

The second and final boss is Numbuh 362, which will move at very high speeds with her tornado attacks and use her staff to attack you from a distance. The stun gun barely damages her, so use the grenades to defeat her faster.

Once the game is completed, the player is rewarded with a clip of the movie. The clip shows the scene where Numbuh 1 meets with the zombified Sector V in the Moonbase's main room.

Trivia[]

  • Most of the zombified operatives in the game use the model of the janitor in the convention center featured in the movie. Although his regular color scheme changes when he's returned back into humans.
  • This game was later relaunched as Operation Z.E.R.O.: Out-Mandy'd! to promote The Grim Adventures of the KND, in which Mandy replaces Numbuh 1 as the main playable character. The citi-zombies still appearing makes no sense, though the game mentions that they are clones made to replicate the zombie forms.
  • The game over screen is the only time where Numbuh 1 can be seen as a Senior Citizombie. This doesn't appear on other media, including the movie.
  • The gameplay is similar to the 1990 arcade game "Smash TV".
