Information[]
Summary[]
Tommy finally goes to the Arctic Base to train as a CND. He meets Sonia and Lee who are also on their first day at the KND. However, before training began, a false alarm occurred making all of the operatives fly up to the Moonbase except the Cadets. It turns out Father was attacking the Arctic Base to steal the Code Module since no Operatives are there. Tommy, Sonia, and Lee must defend the Code Module and the Arctic Base from Father.
Plot[]
In the beginning, Numbuh 60, the drill instructor operative for the KND's Arctic Training Base, and one of the second most important base in the planet, is giving drill lessons to three new recruits from the Cadets Next Door (CND): Tommy Gilligan, Sonia, (Numbuh 83) and Lee (Numbuh 84) about their new latest security vault for the KND C.O.D.E.-M.O.D.U.L.E. Of course, none of the cadets seem like they are in top shape to be a KND operative because Tommy is still gloating over his reputation for being associates with Sector V, Sonia is too sweet, and Lee is too busy with his yoyo.
As Numbuh 60 was about to give the three cadets their first simulation training, which Sonia isn't too sure about, an red alarm goes off, and a tv screen appears, revealing Numbuh 86, requesting reinforcements for the Kids Next Door Moonbase due to the attack by Father. He alerts all the operatives in the base to deploy except for the three cadets who are still new. With the three cadets now alone in the Arctic Base, Tommy decides to proceed with the adult attack simulation program. Unfortunately, the simulation turns out to be a bust when their training lesson involves a defective robot. However, the power shuts down and, unaware to the cadets, the elite forces of Ice Cream Men have invaded the base. The cadets thought that they were still a part of the simulation and manages to evade capture for the time being until the real Father shows up.
The cadets were captured and realized that it was not a simulation. Father has managed to trick all of the KND operatives in the Arctic Base with a fake message from the Moonbase thanks to his shape-shifting powers, with plans to steal the Code Module that will grant access to the information of every KND operative in the entire KND database. Tommy warns Father about the KND training planning to kick his fiery butt. Father sarcastically became scared if the KND attacking him. He orders the henchmen to take the cadets away while Father goes down and retrieves the Code Module from the vault. He ordered an ice cream man to open the safe but was locked but Father sarcastically said they should go but didn’t care and scared and hurt the poor ice cream man. Father then used his fire power to open the safe.
Sonia starts to panic with her nyctophobia (fear of the dark) and becomes ballistic, unleashing an angry and monstrous personality and mercilessly goes into a large tantrum of rage and beat up her captors even as they begged for mercy. Tommy and Lee watched in horror. Both captors were badly bruised, had black eyes, and knocked out teeth. Her cheery and kind personality returns, and allows the cadets to escape from the ship. They managed to evade more henchmen until they found escape pods. Tommy, now realizing what Father was capable of, wanted to leave, but Sonia convinces him to stay and fight so that they decided to come with a plan to drive all the adults out of the base and decided to fight fire with fire.
Using the defective robot from the simulation, Tommy remote operates it to gather all of the Ice Cream Men into Father's ship while Lee hooks up the escape pods. Meanwhile, Father almost had the save opened when Sonia arrived and uses Tommy's autograph book and tricks Father into thinking that she's got the Code Module. Father notices and chases after the girl until he got his hands on it, only to discover the foley. Tommy and Sonia activates the escape pod to melt the giant icicle and washes Father back into the ship where Lee activates the rest of the escape pod tied to the ship, rocketing all of the adults out of the base. The plan was to get Father made and cause a bit of the Arctic Base to melt and flood Father and the Ice Cream Men away.
Sometime after, Numbuh 60 and the other operatives returned to the base after what they presumed to be a false alarm, only to discover half of the Arctic Base destroyed and melted. The three cadets decided to cover up the invasion as a mere adult attack simulation, and wonders if they can do it again.
