Summary[]
Mr. Boss, Knightbrace, Mr. Wink & Mr. Fibb, and the Crazy Old Cat Lady are taking over the treehouse of Sector V, and The Toiletnator tries to get rid of the KND for good, or so he thinks.
Plot[]
It all started when the villains like Mr. Boss, Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb, Crazy Old Cat Lady, and Knightbrace decided to take over Sector V's treehouse. Mr. Boss was impressed with the blueprints, Crazy Old Cat Lady couldn’t wait to to see look on Numbuh 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5’s faces when they discover what the villains can do to their 2x4 technology, Knightbrace couldn’t wait to install dental equipment in every room, and Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb were impressed with their blueprints they’ve designed. Then they heard a noise and they all hide while Mr. Boss checks who it is, but much to their annoyance, it's the Toiletnator. Toiletnator believe that he got the wrong message of where the meeting is (but they purposely did it so he wouldn't be there) and ask if he can help with today's plan. However they refuse because he always ruined their plans and how the Kids Next Door always fool Toiletnator every time he faced them, which Toiletnator refuses to beileve. Mr. Boss reminded him the time he let Numbuh 1 in their lair and his only disguise was a t-shirt which had "I'm not Numbuh 1" written on it. Toiletnator said he didn't expect article of clothing to lie, but then Crazy Old Cat Lady just told him he's too gullible much to the agreement of Mr. Boss and saying they don't need a pathetic villain like the Toiletnator to ruin their plans. This makes the Toiletnator break down into tears, so Mr. Boss send him to get coffee for them, and Toiletnator agreed to do so, which leaves the villains to quickly go to the Sector V treehouse.
At the villains coffee shop, Toiletnator realized that he's tired being left out of missions and having the other villains thinks they are cooler than him, Toiletnator wants to destroy the Kids Next Door single-handedly so Mr. Boss and the others will like him and go bowling with him on Tuesdays. Mr. Boss, Knightbrace, Mr. John Wink & Mr. Timothy Fibb, and the Crazy Old Cat Lady easily take over the treehouse of Sector V, but they are now spooked as they hear an evil voice, believing that the treehouse is haunted by an evil spirit. However, the voice turns out to be "The Terma Toiletnator", who then mistakes Mr. Boss, Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb, the Crazy Old Cat Lady and her cats, and, of course, Knightbrace to be Sector V. The villains tell him that they are the real villains, as he nearly believes it though stops himself because they told him earlier of his gullible nature and attacks them.
Then the Toiletnator mistakes Mr. Boss for Numbuh 1 due to Mr. Boss wearing Numbuh 1’s glasses and because of the “Bald” head and got wrapped in a toilet paper ball, Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb for Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 5 due to Mr. Fibb holding one of Numbuh 3’s Rainbow Monkeys and Mr. Wink wearing Numbuh 5’s hat and Toiletnator made their chair slip on a soap bar, the Crazy Old Cat Lady and her cats for Numbuh 2 due to the Crazy Old Lady being portly (fat) and made her and her cats stuck on the wall with plungers, and, of course, Knightbrace for Numbuh 4 the Toiletnator’s greatest enemy due to Knightbrace being in Numbuh 4’s room and Toiletnator wrapped Knightbrace in toilet paper and pulled it and Knightbrace spun and spun around and around and landed in a toilet and poor Knightbrace’s eyes were swirly and dizzy and then the Toiletnator put a giant plunger on Knightbrace, who got got spooked and shocked and got flushed down.
Toiletnator surprisingly defeats them and thinks he succeeded in defeating the KND, but realizes the time and asks how the "KND" should be in school rather than their Treehouse. At that moment, the REAL Sector V shows up. However, the only mistake Toiletnator has realized was that he forgot the coffee, comically neglecting the fact that he attacked his allies rather than his enemies. He cries over the coffee mishap, as he is surrounded and Numbuh 1 orders Sector V, who was at least glad and happy that Toiletnator took out Mr. Boss, Mr. Timothy Fibb and Mr. Jonathan Wink, Crazy Old Cat Lady, and Knightbrace himself, to attack the villain who is heard screaming as the team advance on him.
During the ending credits, the Treehouse is shaking as Toiletnator is heard screaming as he is easily dispatched by Sector V and flushed down the toilet. He briefly regains consciousness at the drain pipe and bemoans his fate before falling head first in the water.

Trivia[]
- This episode was featured as a playable level in the online game Operation B.E.S.T.. The enemies of it were the Toilenator, Mr. Boss, the Crazy Old Cat Lady, Knightbrace, and Mr. John Wink & Mr. Timothy Fibb.
- This episode is one of the few where villains have the lead role.
- Mr. Boss mentions a previous occasion when the Toiletnator let Numbuh 1 into their secret lair simply because he was wearing a "I'm not Numbuh 1" t-shirt. This has not happened in an episode.
- The ending credits show the Kids Next Door defeating Toilenator and flushing him down the toilet.
- The transition logo in this episode is of Mr Boss's "Adults" flag.
- The hamsters are seen guarding the the treehouse when Sector V is at school which means that the hamsters are a defense mechanism along with the other traps while somehow still running the electricity in the house.
- The Toiletnator's home is shown for the first and final time in this episode.
- In this episode, the kids of Sector V don't appear until the end of the episode.
- This episode reveals that Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb love Rainbow Monkeys as much as Numbuh 3 does.
- When the Toiletnator attacks Knightbrace, the screen is seen to be shaking. However, the only thing the Toiletnator does to Knightbrace is flush him down the toilet. This is implied to have been caused by the foreshadowed plunging.
- This episode is the final appearance of the Cheese Ninjas in the series.
- The scene at the end where Toiletnator thinks he's defeated the KND, only for the real KND to show up, can be bought in the console version of Cartoon Network: Punch Time Explosion.
- This is the first episode since Operation: L.E.A.D.E.R. to have a scene during the end credits. Also the credits (playing on the left and the scene on the right) were slightly different when the "Vocal Assault" credit shows up, they only show the voice actors and actresses, but not the characters they voiced. This trend will continue on from this episode to the very end of the series.
- This episode along with Operation: R.A.B.B.I.T. aired on the same day as Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi premiered on Cartoon Network, and the Nickelodeon's animated film, The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie was released in theaters.
Series continuity[]
- This episode marks the first time Mr. Boss groans "Aw geez! It's the Toiletnator!", although he groans "Oh, it's the Toiletnator!" in Operation: A.F.L.O.A.T..
- Also like in Operation: A.F.L.O.A.T., the villains sent the Toiletnator the wrong address to get him away, but he still found them.
- Mr. Washer makes his first appearance since his change to evil in Operation: D.O.G.F.I.G.H.T.. This is also his last appearance in the series.
- H.I.P.P.I.E.-H.O.P. is destroyed before it can do anything, just like in Operation: F.U.T.U.R.E. and all other appearances.
Cultural references[]
- The Terma-Toiletnator is actually a reference to the movie, The Terminator.
- When attacking the Sector V treehouse, Knightbrace extends four mechanical arms from his back, which resemble the arms of Doctor Octopus from the "Spider-Man" comics.
Goofs[]
- In this episode, along with a few others, such as Operation: O.F.F.I.C.E. Mr. Boss’s mustache is holding his cigar by itself.
- The Toiletnator walks past the fireplace when he enters the house, but then stops before the other villains who are standing by the same fireplace.
- The placement of the villains while they're talking to the Toiletnator keep changing between shots. In some they're all standing around the Toiletnator, in others they're standing spread apart around the livingroom, before changing back again.
- When the Toiletnator first steps into Mr. Boss' toilet, his right boot takes up the whole toilet bowl. In the next shot, he fits his whole body there.
- The size of Mr. Boss' bathroom changes between the Toiletnator's entrance and exit.
- Several villains are moved from the shot of the Toiletnator entering the cafe and the panning shot that comes next:
- Cuppa Joe is moved and turned 180 degrees to be facing the Toiletnator. The table he's using is also cut in half, and his tie is now missing.
- Gramma Stuffum was not sitting in the sofa before the panning shot.
- Common Cold was sitting opposit of Count Spankulot, but is moved further away.
- Stickybeard's voice can be heard in the background, but Mark Hamill is not credited in this episode.
- The shot of the Toiletnator entering the cafe and later of him screaming have all the villains placed the same, but other shots between place the villains differently.
- Chester goes from not holding a cup when the Toiletnator is screaming to holding a cup in the reaction shot afterward.
- There is no bush on Numbuh 1's front lawn in the establishing shot of the treehouse. Mr. Boss is hiding in a bush on the other side of the street. But when Knightbrace is running towards the treehouse, the bush is now on Numbuh 1's front lawn.
- The door Knightbrace enters in the treehouse has a cat flap at the bottom, but the flap is then missing in the shot of him activating the alarm system.
- Also, he walks past the door before the shot changes to show him activating the alarm right just inside the door.
- The deck that Knightbrace landed on was not big enough for H.I.P.P.I.E.-H.O.P. to stand on and was enlarged in the shot with H.I.P.P.I.E.-H.O.P..
- The Toiletnator's house has more windows in the outside shot than in the inside shot.
- The yellow Rainbow Monkey between Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb is only visible in close shots of them. The rest of the time the monkey is missing.
- The four villains backed into one another in the middle of the room, but is then somehow next to the windows when the Toiletnator mistakes Mr. Boss for Numbuh 1.
- There is not a door in the command room belonging to Numbuh 4, yet Knightbrace enters from one such door.
