Summary[]
Numbuh 4 is mistaken for a cat by an old lady after being stuffed in a kitty costume from his dispute with Numbuh 3.
Plot[]
The episode begins at the Sector V Treehouse. Nigel and Hoagie are working on something while Kuki is playing with her cat doll, Mr. Huggykins, who is constantly saying, "I love you," and Kuki says she loves him back. Wallabee grows tired of it and asks the rest of the team to get her to stop. Hoagie asks Kuki to help him and Nigel. Wallabee goes up to the cat and says that "real dolls should be able to fight". He punches it a few times and it continuously saying, "I love you". Finally, Wallabee punches Mr. Huggykins and it instantly stops into silence. As Wallabee is glad that Mr. Huggykins had stop, the head then falls off, which Abigail teases that Wallabee will be in trouble when Kuki finds out about this incident. Wallabee begins to panic and tries to fix Mr. Huggykins. While Kuki is helping Nigel and Hoagie building some invention, she turns to see Wallabee and Mr. Huggykins being together where latter waves and exchanges smile to them before going back to work. A frustrated Wallabee berates Mr. Huggykins for making this situation, but he accidently rips another part of Mr. Huggykins, much to his shock and horror. Kuki turns around to see Mr. Huggykins again, but only sees, horrified and distraught, Wallabee taping a really damaged Mr. Huggykins where he anxiously chuckles as its head falls off. Wallabee tried to reassures Kuki that he'll fix Mr. Huggykins up, before he accidentally places it on the C.A.T.U.H.P.L.U.N.K. (Chucks Alotta Things Up High Powered Largely Using Nebulized Ketchup), despite Hoagie's warnings to not do so. Mr. Huggykins is then launched into the sky and is destroyed by a passing airplane that rains down some foams. Sector V looks up at the sky as Mr. Huggykins foam rains down on them before looking at Kuki, who still looks up and sadly mourns for the loss of her beloved cat doll, then glares at Wallabee with fiery angry eyes, baring her fang-like teeth, she growls and snarls at him in a fit of rage. Abigail, as she predicted, teases the frightened Wallabee again by saying that he is indeed busted now.
Eventually, Kuki forces Wallabee to dress up as Mr. Huggykins (much to the rest of Sector V's amusement) to make up for destroying the stuff animal. Kuki keeps hugging Wallabee, but he refuses to say, "I love you", which Mr. Huggykins would always say after he is hugged everytime. Kuki tries again to get Wallabee to say "I Love You" again at her tea party. Wallabee is still in a bad mood and Kuki asks him one more time if he will say "I Love You" back then Kuki didn't realize she poured too much tea in the cup causing it to overflow and spill on Wallabee causing him to scream in pain by the hot tea and Kuki thinks he is dancing. Kuki then tries to make Wallabee say "I Love You" again by hugging him harder which Wallabee refuses making Kuki angry and she keeps hugging him harder and harder, hoping he'll say, "I love you", but Wallabee continues to refuse to say it and eventually says "Never!". This makes Kuki sad and she drops Wallabee while crying. As Wallabee stomps out, he accidentally steps on the C.A.T.U.H.P.L.U.N.K. and is hurled into the air. Nigel notices he's heading for the Crazy Old Cat Lady's house.
While the Cat Lady is caring for her cats, she notices Wallabee has landed in her house and wants to keep him as her pet. Wallabee tries to tell her that he's a boy, but she doesn't listen. Back at the Treehouse, the team is getting ready to rescue Wallabee, but Kuki refuses to go with them because she's still mad at Wallabee for destroying Mr. Huggykins and refusing to say, "I love you" when she hugged him and not play with her. Back at the Cat Lady's house, Wallabee tries to escape by using a ball of yarn to escape the house, but then three of the cats grab on to Wallabee's yarn and won't let him escape. Once Wallabee tells the cats to get off his yarn, the cats get angry and hisses at him then Wallabee hisses back, causing the cats to attack him until Crazy Old Cat Lady breaks up the fight between Wallabee and the three cats and say they will always live together in her house forever. The team arrives to save Wallabee and keep the cats distracted with a K.A.T.N.I.P.P.U.H. They grab Wallabee and take off in the S.K.Y.C.L.A.W.. The Crazy Old Cat Lady grows furious and the cats form into a massive Cat Monster, who chase after the S.K.Y.C.L.A.W. The Crazy Old Cat Lady manages to grab Wallabee and pulls him towards her grasp. Before Wallabee is about to pulled into the Cat Lady's grasp, he tells the team to save themselves and also Kuki that he apologizes her for what he did to Mr. Huggykins earlier. Suddenly, Kuki arrives on the scene (who overheard Wallabee's apology) and demands the Crazy Old Cat Lady give him back. Crazy Old Cat Lady intimidates Kuki about wanting him back and even goads her to take it if she wants. Kuki remains unfazed and summons her toys with the T.O.A.S.T.I.E.. Many toys shoots the Cat Monster and Wallabee is freed from her grasp, reunites and then rescued by the Sector V. Wallabee thanks Kuki for saving him and Kuki gives him a big hug. When she does this, Wallabee finally says "I love you" in his best Mr. Huggykins' voice without second thoughts and a happy Kuki wants him to say it again, but he just replies, "Don't press your luck", much to Kuki's dismay.
The cats reform and resume chasing the S.K.Y.C.L.A.W. Nigel orders Hoagie to take the S.K.Y.C.L.A.W. to Level 72 of the Treehouse, which he does. The S.K.Y.C.L.A.W. flies up to Level 72 and the Cat Monster follows them. The Cat Monster lands on the C.A.T.U.H.P.L.U.N.K., hurling the Crazy Old Cat Lady and her cats into the sky where they all fall down with the Crazy Old Cat Lady getting stuck on the board. After being freed, the Cat Lady is forced to dress up as Mr. Huggykins rather than Wallabee. Kuki first served tea to one of the cats and hugs the Cat Lady hoping she would say "I love you" and she ends up saying "I Love You" making Kuki happy and wants her to say it again.

- When Numbuh 3 cried after Numbuh 4 said he will never say "I love you", it wasn't just because Mr. Huggykins always said it, it was also because Numbuh 3 loves Numbuh 4 and it had her thinking that he didn't feel the same way.

Errors/Goofs[]
- In the shot after Numbuh 4 places Mr. Huggykins on the C.A.T.U.H.P.L.U.N.K., he is standing further from the doll and the doll is no longer facing Numbuh 3 like it was.
- The whole team switch places between before and after Mr. Huggykins is shot into the airplane above.
- When Numbuh 3 is hugging Numbuh 4 and wants him to say "I love you", Numbuh 4 is wearing makeup and they are having a tea party. When it shows head shots of Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 4 only seconds later, Numbuh 4 is not wearing makeup and the tea party is gone.
- Numbuh 4 is also no longer wearing the yellow dress, but the same hat and eye from before the tea party.
- The flower pot hat stayed on during the whole flight to the Crazy Old Cat Lady's house, but disappeared when the old cat lady picked up Numbuh 4.
- Even though the Mr. Huggykins costume is more-or-less intact when the Crazy Old Cat Lady picks up Numbuh 4 after his failed escape, the costume is completely ripped apart in the next shot.
- The stairs down from the front door of the house are considerably longer while Numbuh 5 is sliding down them than in other shots.
- The shot before and after Numbuh 5's bags of catnip hits the cats and they start dancing, have different backgrounds.
- Numbuh 1 and 5 broke down the front door or the crazy cat lady's house when they entered, but it's unharmed and closed when Numbuh 2 lowers down the cage into the house.
- The way Numbuh 3 is holding the T.O.A.S.T.I.E. change when shot goes into close-up of the controller.
- When the Crazy Old Cat Lady gets stuck in the floorboard of the tree house, the position she is stuck in changes between when she gets stuck, and the close-up shot.
