Oliver is a member of the Gallagher Safety Patrol who was fed up with letting the other students cut in front of him in the lunch line; leaving him with nothing left to eat when he reached the front of the line. He pretends to have psychic powers and "predicts" that other students are about to commit crimes.
History[]
After Numbuh 2, Numbuh 4, and various other Gallagher students were arrested by the Gallagher Safety Patrol for crimes they didn't commit, Numbuh 3 takes on the role as detective, trying to solve the reason behind the arrests. She discovered Oliver was working for the Delightful Children From Down The Lane and the Safety Patrol, but he had them arrested for running in the halls. He had also cut a deal with Joe Balooka to have Kuki arrested (though she escaped them), then had Joe arrested by the Hall Squad as well. Finally, Oliver had the Hall Squad arrest themselves.
This, in turn, made him the only kid not in detention during lunch time. His plan succeeds, but when he asks for fifty pizza bagels, the cafeteria lady tells him that they are next week's lunch, and they are currently serving lima bean sandwiches.
A disgusting sandwich is then plopped onto his tray shortly. He then rips the sandwich to pieces before crying over still not getting any pizza bagels.
Trivia[]
- He is perhaps the only villain in the show who has never faced a defeat by the KND. However, while he succeeded in getting the other kids in detention so he could be the first in line for lunch, his plan backfired when he realized that his desired pizza bagels were next week's lunch, making his convoluted scheme redundant.
- His pretend psychic future drawing abilities are a reference to the character Isaac Mendez from the NBC show Heroes.
- Oliver appears in the KND comic "Operation: T.R.A.D.E.", where he buys everyone's lunches using faux Yipper Cards trying to trade for one of Numbuh 3's pizza bagels, which are later revealed to be pretend food.
- His voice actor, Richard Steven Horvitz also voices Billy from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, as well as the crossover The Grim Adventures of the KND.
