– Numbuh 71.562 in "Operation: O.U.T.B.R.E.A.K.
Numbuh 71.562 is a KND scientist. He has short black hair, buck-teeth, and wears thick-rimmed glasses, a baggy lab coat that drags on the ground, dark blue pants, a light blue shirt, a red bow tie, and black shoes. He has been seen working in both the Deep Sea Science Lab and the Moonbase and is stated to be in Honors Pre-Science class at school.
He was introduced in Operation: F.E.R.A.L., where he was one of the scientists who tried to return Numbuh 1 to normal when he became feral after being trapped on Rainbow Monkey Island. He suggests using "Element L" to cure Numbuh 1.
His status as a fifth grader and his radical ideas appear to cause frequent disagreements between himself and fellow scientist Numbuh 74.239, who is a fourth grader. In Operation: F.E.R.A.L., Numbuh 74.239 was very much against Numbuh 71.562's plan to use Element L, claiming that exposure to it might cause Numbuh 1's condition to become irreversible. Numbuh 71.562 is shown to be in the KND Splinter Cell.
