– Numbuh 35 just before punching a Teen Ninja
Bartholomew "Bartie" Stork a.k.a. Numbuh 35 is a KND operative stationed at the Kids Next Door Moonbase. He is responsible for informing other operatives when they are summoned to the Moonbase and is one of two people (along with Numbuh 86) to have the password for the Maximum Security Vault. He was seen in Operation: T.R.E.A.T.Y. sitting next to Numbuh 65.3 during Numbuh 362's speech.
Numbuh 35 was also seen in Operation: Z.E.R.O., running away from Senior Citizombies as they attacked Numbuh 23, and was later seen threatening a zombified Numbuh 34 with a M.U.S.K.E.T. He fails and is zombified offscreen. He made no further appearance until the end of the movie, where he is returned to normal alongside everyone else.

- He was voiced by Dee Bradley Baker in all his appearances except in Operation: U.N.D.E.R.C.O.V.E.R., when he was voiced by Tom Kenny.
- Numbuh 35 is one of the many operatives who have their own 2x4 technology vehicles.
- When wearing his summoning armor, his hair and skin tone have a more bleached color to accommodate for his helmet. However, in Operation: G.R.A.D.U.A.T.E.S., Bartie is seen with his bleached color for his head, due to an error from the team not accommodating for his different color codes.
- On the Rainbow Monkey website, when you type his codename, the description says "Planetary Decom Pending".
