Numbuh 311 is an operative in the infantry of the Chinese KND.

Biography[]

Numbuh 311 was only one of many operatives called in to defend the Great Wall of China when the Chinese army came to attack the Kids Next Door. The Chinese 2x4 Technology Officers were working on turning the Great Wall back into the world's longest water slide and needed the wall bare of tourists, which became the responsibility of Sector V. But after chasing both tourists and guards away, the military arrived to get the kids off the Wall. Numbuh 518 brought the Chinese KND's infantry to combat the military until the 2x4 Tech Officers were able to flood the Great Wall and wash away the soldiers (Operation: C.H.I.N.A.).
