Numbuh $1.50 an Hour is a fifth-grade KND operative and lawyer who appeared in Operation: E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S. where he defends Nigel Uno in Student Court.
Personality[]
As his codename implies, he works for $1.50 an hour on court cases and Sector V used Numbuh 4's allowance to pay him. He usually speaks slower than other characters, presumably to be able to collect money for more hours - when he first appeared before the Delightful Judge to appeal to his client, he was wearing round glasses and purposely removed them when he began to speak. He was described by Numbuh 5 to be good at his work.
Biography[]
Numbuh $1.50 an Hour is hired by Sector V to defend Numbuh 1 in the Student Court when Numbuh 1 is accused by the Delightful Children of being a troublemaker. When the Delightful Children enters the court room and is revealed to also be the judge in this case, Numbuh $1.50 an Hour manages to calm Numbuh 1 down before starting his opening remark for the case. This is however cut short by the Delightful Judges who immediately declares Numbuh 1 guilty and sentences him to Permanent Detention. And when Numbuh $1.50 an Hour objects to this action, the Delightful Judges deems him out of order and declares war on him and the entire fifth grade.
Once the war is declared, a fight breaks out between the kids in the classroom, and Numbuh 4 attacks Numbuh $1.50 an Hour to get his money back. He is notably doing a "facepalm" action when one other fifth grader walks right into a joke, and then dodges an attacking kid when the fight ensues.
He is later seen imprisoned in Permanent Detention, watching Numbuh 1's daring escape. He is presumably released from detention after the Delightful Children's removal from office (Operation: E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S.).

- The color scheme of his outfit- blue suit, white shirt, red tie- could be a reference to the outfit usually worn by the main character of the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney video game series.
