Nogoodnik[1] is a reoccurring background villain.
Appearance[]
Nogoodnik is a blond-haired villain wearing an orange outfit with a yellow belt and a yellow circle with the letters "NG" on it, a red-violet mask, cape, and boots and hammer-like hands (that are actually denial stamps saying "NO").
Biography[]
Like the other two above, Nogoodnik is first seen in Operation: M.O.V.I.E. sitting next to The Big Idea and later seen near Knightbrace who shouts at the escaping Numbuh 4.
He appears among the crowd of villains that chased away the Kids Next Door from the villains cookout in the episode, Operation: A.F.L.O.A.T..
He appears among the other audience members in the episode, Operation: U.T.O.P.I.A..
He appears sitting at one of the tables in the episode, Operation: A.W.A.R.D.S., during the villain's award ceremony.
In Operation: Z.E.R.O. he can be seen at Father's meeting near Toiletnator, Count Spankulot, some Ice Cream Men, and Candy Pirates. He usually appears in the same episodes that The Big Idea appears in.

- Nogoodnik is modeled after creator of the show, Tom Warburton.[1]
- Numbuh Eleventy Billion is another character also modeled after Mr. Warburton.
- Tom Warburton used rubber stamps to stamp designs he approved of in design meetings.[2]
