Ned is a security guard at the Mustache Office Building, who worked there after it was taken over by sentient Moustaches.
Appearance[]
Ned had blond flat top hair, blue eyes and light-brown mustache. On the job he wore a matching blue jacket and pants, with matching tie and belt in a darker shade of blue, and finally a white button shirt.
Biography[]
Ned was working with Ed and Ted at the front desk, admiring each other's moustaches, when Sector V was sneaking into the building. Ned and Ed were too busy talking about mustaches to notice a disguised Numbuh 2 dropping his fake mustache, but Ted saw it and found it to be fake. Ned and Ed got ready to fight the second Numbuh 1 and Numbuh 2 dropped their disguises, but could not stop Numbuh 4 from shaving Ted. As they were about to attack the kids, they got hit by two Shaving Cream Bombs and Ned had his mustache shaved off by Numbuh 3 (Operation: S.H.A.V.E.).
