Mrs. Puttkin is the mother of Rupert Puttkin, later known as the Great Puttinski.
Biography[]
Mrs. Puttkin allowed her son Rupert to live with her far into his adult years, even letting him build a big mini-golf course in her basement. Rupert accidentally broke a large hole into the basement ceiling, after Numbuh 2 foiled his evil plan. She was never seen visiting the basement, only yelling from upstairs (Operation: M.I.N.I.-G.O.L.F.).
