Mr. McPlanken is the shop teacher at Gallagher Elementary School.
Biography[]
When the Kids Next Door and Numbuh 2 were building the E.L.I.M.O.N.A.T.E.R., they brought in contractors from Mr. McPlanken's shop class to help. They ended up filling the vehicle with so much recreational items that there were no room for weaponry.[1]
