The Minigolf course was the scene of the Great Puttinski's first skirmish with the Kids Next Door and where he decided to become an evil villain.

Sector V walked past this miniature golf course after defeating Big Brother, when Numbuh 2 was hit by a stray golf ball. Rupert Puttkin then challenged Numbuh 2 to a game of miniature golf on the course, which drew in a large crowd and even got TV coverage. The two players were even up until the eighteenth hole, where a frustrated and stressed out Rupert accidentally hit his golf ball in anger, which counted as a shot and resulted in Numbuh 2's victory. Rupert stayed on the course for hours, even after night fell, before deciding to take revenge on Numbuh 2 (Operation: M.I.N.I.-G.O.L.F.).
