The Miniaturization Ray was a device used by the Great Puttinski to steal monuments from around the world and turn them into fixtures on his mini-golf course. In addition to miniaturizing items and people, the ray could also enlarge them.
History[]
Following a humiliating defeat at the hands of Numbuh 2 in a game of minigolf, Rupert Puttkin decided to become an evil super villain and invented his own miniaturization ray to steal famous monuments for his minigolf course. He also shrank Numbuh 2 down to the size of a golf ball and challenged him to play minigolf in his basement. The final course would activate the ray to shrink down the whole planet for Puttkin to play with like a golf ball, but Numbuh 2 accidentally foiled the plan by making the ray grow Puttkin larger and defeating him (Operation: M.I.N.I.-G.O.L.F.).
