Matt Levin (born April 12, 1972) is an American actor and producer. He voiced Numbuh 60 throughout the entire run of Codename: Kids Next Door, as well as some of the Elite Ice Cream Men and Hooves.
His voice acting includes several games, like "Star Wars: Obi Wan", "Tony Hawk's Underground", "Need for Speed: Underground 2", "Watchmen: The End is Nigh" and "The Last of Us".
