Mandy is a character from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy series. She was the main antagonist of The Grim Adventures of the KND crossover.
Appearance[]
Mandy is a short girl with big eyes and no nose, in contrast with Billy's small dot eyes and large nose. She has blonde hair that is shaped like demon horns with a black headband holding it. She wears a pink sleveless dress with a yellow flower on it, and black Mary Jane shoes with short white socks that are barely visible.
Mandy is always frowning and rarely if ever smiles. One of the few times she smiled in her home series, it caused reality to fall apart and she was reincarnated as Bubbles from The PowerPuff Girls.
The Grim Adventures of the KND[]
As Numbuh 1 is disguised as Billy whilst the rest of the Sector V try to get Billy's lucky pants off from him, Mandy comes to Billy's house expecting to see her best friend but is greeted by Numbuh 1, Mandy doesn't fall for his disguise and instead imprisoned and tortured him using Fred Fredburger, it is then that Mandy learns about the existence of the Kids Next Door and plans to take over the organization in order to take over the world.
Shortly after Mandy was disguised as Numbuh 1 and changed KND into her organization, so only, becoming the leader of the MND.
On the way to the Moonbase, Numbuh 1 and Grim are attacked by Numbuh 60 in which they are in restricted airspace but doesn't realize its Numbuh 1, Numbuh 1 and Grim arrive at the Moonbase, where Grim finds out that Numbuh 1 isn't Billy, and Mandy has taken over the KND, she then proceeded to imprisons them.
Meanwhile, The Delightful Reaper continues fusing with children, the threat is so big that Mandy decides to take care of the menace to her plan herself, taking Numbuh 3 and Numbuh 4 with her.
A giant M.A.N.D.R.O.B.O.T. piloted by Mandy, Numbuh 3, and Numbuh 4, comes into the battle. Mandy's robot begins to lose until Numbuh 1 and Grim show up and fight the Delightful Reaper, though they begin to lose as well because Billy's dad, Harold's lucky pants are impervious to lasers, supernatural energy, and mustard.
When the Delightful Reaper is distracted by Numbuh 1 and Grim, Mandy purposely fuses herself with the Delightful Reaper, giving her control of it. However, Harold comes, removes the lucky pants and takes them away, being really, really angry that someone is wearing his pants.
Without the lucky pants, the Delightful Reaper is defenseless and the Skeleton Samurai finishes it off, freeing the other kids inside it. Mandy is taken away by the KND, but eventually she escapes, vowing revenge.

- Mandy is one of the two villains to have taken over the KND, the other is Grandfather.
- For some reason, her artwork in the game Operation Z.E.R.O.: Out-Mandy'd! lacks pants.
