Luigi is the owner of Luigi's, a local pizza restaurant.

Luigi hired Chad Dickson to make pizzas and do deliveries around town on his bike, which Luigi guaranteed his customers to be five minutes or less. Chad only worked for Luigi for a few days before the Kids Next Door started hunting him down and The Tommy shot his bike. After crashing, Chad claimed that Luigi would take the failed delivery out of his salary (Operation: T.R.I.C.Y.C.L.E.).
