Captain Long John Silverfilling was a revered candy pirate captain and the grandfather of Captain Stickybeard.
History[]
Two generations ago, Captain Silverfilling was captain of his own crew of candy pirates and sailed the Seven Suburbs on the hunt for the most delicious and rare candies. To his dismay, his nemesis (Numbuh 5's grandfather) managed to procure the famed Blurpleberry Supreme. Being a pirate, Captain Silverfilling stole the Blurpleberry Supreme and attached it to his captain's hat.
In modern times, Numbuh 5 managed to find Captain Silverfilling's hidden cave, where his body lay on top of his mountain of candy. The adventurous girl reclaimed the stolen Blurpleberry, only to trigger the trap which destroyed the cave and chased her off a cliff onto the Sweet Revenge (Operation: G.R.A.N.D.A.D.).

- His name is a pun on the fictional pirate "Long John Silver" from the book "Treasure Island".
- His last name is also a reference to dental fillings, which is often used to restore ruined teeth.
- He is the only mention of a dead body in Codename KND.
