Lime Ricky is the owner and bartender of Lime Ricky's Bar. He regularly employs Numbuh 2 to transport his illegal shipments of soda and root beer.
Biography[]
Ricky opened his soda bar after the Soda Control Board decided to set the minimum soda drinking age to 13, creating a demand for secret underground soda bars. The Kids Next Door would soon become regulars at his establishment.
He often hires Numbuh 2 to pick up and drive his illegal supplies of soda to his bar, in order to get around the Soda Control Team. After one particular transport, he greeted Numbuh 2 in the bar and offered him a free glass of root beer in addition to his payment of Yipper number 73. But before Numbuh 2 could enjoy his free glass of soda, Mr. Fizz and his Soda team broke down several walls and raided the bar. Ricky was most likely called in for questioning afterwards, but later reopened his bar for kids to enjoy (Operation: P.O.P.).

Another time he hired Numbuh 2 to drive his shipment of soda, Numbuh 4 was brought along on the ride. The two managed to outrun Mr. Fizz just before crashing the B.O.O.S.T.L.E.G.G.E.R. through the ceiling of Lime Ricky's Bar; right on time with the shipment (Operation: S.O.D.A.).
Ricky received a visit from Sector V after they successfully drove President James Nixon McGarfield to City Hall. He broadcast McGarfield's interview following the meeting with the school board, where the class president revealed himself to be working with Father all along to take away kid's rights (Operation: P.R.E.S.I.D.E.N.T.).

When Marybeth March came to his bar to seek out someone to transport soda to her tenth birthday party at the Yipper Playtime Pizza Palace, Ricky pointed her to the booth seating Numbuh 2, Numbuh 3, and Bradley. While discussing the mission, they were eavesdropped on by Lieutenant Seltzer, disguised in a hoodie. They quickly took on the mission, which turned out to be transporting the Delightful Children From Down the Lane's birthday cake in disguise (Operation: S.I.X.).
