- "Hundreds of years ago when toys were first invented, an evil adult sooper villain hated the fact that kids liked them so much. So he took all the toys and threw them in this pit! And some say that somewhere at the bottom are..."
– Numbuh 1 before Numbuh 3 cut him off
The La Braya Toy Pits is a group of tar pits containing toys dating hundreds of years back.
History[]
Some hundred years ago, an evil adult sooper villain took all the newly created toys and tossed them into the tar pits in order to take away the kids' happiness. Among the toys were the first Rainbow Monkeys, which were black and white.
Sector V came to the tar pits after Numbuh 3 claimed to have received a phone call from Numbuh 50 Million B.C. about a discovery of one of the earliest rainbow monkeys ever. But when they arrived and could not find any archaeologists, the team was ambushed by the Delightful Children From Down the Lane, who revealed to have been behind the phone call. The two rivals fought back and forth with new technology until the Delightful Children pulled out a meteorite spray, which peeked Numbuh 2's interest and he started asking them about how it was made. While they were busy talking, the rest of Sector V left and decided the rumor of ancient rainbow monkeys in the pits to just be rumors, while unknowingly walking past one such rainbow monkey (Operation: P.I.T.S.).
