The Kopecky Street Barbershop was owned by the evil Barber, who would cut off kids' hair to attach it on his chest.
History[]
Numbuh 4 went to this barbershop to take a little off the top, but the Barber instead shaved off all of his hair and left him completely bald. Numbuh 2 merely walked past the barbershop, but the Barber pulled him inside and stole all of his hair as well. This prompted Numbuh 1 to go to the barbershop while disguised to still have hair. Once inside, he and the Barber fought, with the end result being the Barber accidentally shaving off all his new chest hair.
