Judge Heerkumsduh is an elderly judge who first sentenced Count Spankulot to prison after spanking an innocent child. He later again sentenced Count Spankulot to prison after he was accidentally spanked by the vampire as well.
Biography[]
Judge Heerkumsduh served as judge on the trial against Count Spankulot, after the vampire accidentally spanked an innocent child instead of his intended target. Even though the Count pleaded that it was all an accident and misunderstanding, Judge Heerkumsduh refused to believe it and called him a "spank-happy vampire" before having him thrown in prison.
After the Count was released and joined forces with Sector V to fight adult tyranny, the kids fooled him into believing the judge's house belonged to Mr. Wink and Mr. Fibb. Count Spankulot sneaked in and spanked both Judge Heerkumsduh and his wife, thinking they were Wink and Fibb. The judge, in rage, immediately had the Count arrested and brought to court, where he sentenced him to eleventy trillion years without probation for spanking him and his wife. He ordered the vampire to be dragged out of his courtroom, but the Count attacked and spanked Sector V in a fit of rage after learning that they schemed against him before he was completely out of the room (Operation: S.P.A.N.K.).

- His silhouette closely resembles the silhouette of Mr. Fibb, while his wife's resembles Mr. Wink's.
- As Spankulot was shown to be out of prison and in public in future episodes, it's likely he changed his mind and gave him parole, possibly due to finding out Sector V set him up.
