Jim Cummings (Born November 3, 1952) is an American voice actor and singer, who is known for voicing many Disney characters such as Darkwing Duck, Negaduck, Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, Pete, Ed the Hyena, Lucky Piquel, Kaa, Colonel Hathi, King Louie, Mr. Stork, the Cheshire Cat, and Bonkers D. Bobcat.
