In his few appearances, he seems rather annoyed by having to put up with The Delightful Children's shenanigans, such as in Operation: G.R.O.W.-U.P., he is seen having his age changed while the Delightful Children are bored, while he attempts to protest against it.

He is an old man who is usually dressed formally.

History

In Operation: G.R.O.W.-U.P., he is seen having his age changed while the Delightful Children are bored. In some episodes, he is seen driving the DCFDTL to various locations.
