Hynden Walch (born February 1, 1971) is an american voice actress who is known for voicing Starfire from Teen Titans, Penny from ChalkZone and Princess Bubblegum from Adventure Time.
In Codename: Kids Next Door, she provides the voice of Valerie in "Operation: D.O.G.H.O.U.S.E.", Mrs. Wubsy Tubsy in "Operation: P.L.A.N.E.T.", various kids in "Operation: S.A.F.E.T.Y.", and Numbuh Rebecca in "Operation: A.M.I.S.H.".
