The Happy Headband is an invention that was created by Chester. It is a device that creates dreams, whether good or bad.

History

The Happy Headband first appeared in Operation: U.T.O.P.I.A., when Nigel tried to steal it from Chester. After the headband had been used on him, Numbuh 1 believes to have escaped and landed on a utopia with the rest of Sector V only to find out it was all a dream. After waking, Nigel broke free of it and then used it on Chester, in which Sector V left him before Wallabee changed the device to make Chester have a terrible nightmare.

It is used later again in Operation: W.H.I.T.E.H.O.U.S.E., when Numbuh's 74.239 and Infinity use it to test Nigel's loyality to the Kids Next Door.

Abilities

The Happy Headband is capable of revealing one's deepest desires and wishes, as well as one's fears. The headband can be used on both children and adults.
