History
The Happy Headband first appeared in Operation: U.T.O.P.I.A. when Numbuh 1 tried to steal it from Chester. After the headband had been used on him, Numbuh 1 broke free of it and then used it on Chester, in which Sector V left him before Numbuh 4 changed the device to make Chester have a terrible nightmare.
Abilities
The Happy Headband is capable of revealing one's deepest desires and wishes, as well as one's fears. The headband can be used on adults and children.
