Numbuh 274 visited this sector, along with the French Sector, Egyptian Sector and others, while unknowingly being pursued by Mega Mom & Destructo Dad. This couple froze all operatives in the German sector before moving on to the next one. The German operatives were presumably unfrozen after Numbuh 274 defeated the villainous couple that turned out to be his parents ("Operation: C.H.A.D.").
