The G.U.M.M.B.O. was a piece of gum that Numbuh 1 shaped into a key and orchestrated an elaborate escape from the Permanent Detention prison at Gallagher Elementary in Operation: E.L.E.C.T.I.O.N.S.
It was most likely just a normal piece of gum that was simply introduced as a 2x4 Technology device for humor.
