The Footbomb is a powerful explosive football that was given to Chad and the Teen Ninjas by Coach Wetterhahn in Operation: L.E.A.D.E.R. The Teens constructed it for their assault on the Kids Next Door Moonbase. It is capable of destroying anything 110%. Sector V were meant to confiscate this weapon the minute they snatched it from Chad, until Numbuh 4 used it to blow up the football stadium.
