Rulers are the best weapons the Hall Squad could think of on such short notice when trying to restore order in the hallways of Gallagher Elementary School or using them during a battle, or even paddling troublemakers in Permanent Detention. The Hall Monitors use rulers as nightsticks. Numbuh 1 used one to fight Jimmy while the other operatives pulverized and subdued the Hall Monitors.
